Calm & tranquility within a rural family "mini hamlet" nestled in the hollow of a bucolic valley of meadows crossed by a small stream, on the edge of a beautiful wild forest very close to the first vineyards of Couchois (Côtes Chalonnaises). Absolutely enchanting landscaped setting, superb unspoiled setting of nature & greenery 100% relaxing & restful, literal "mini green paradise" for young & old. Possibility of observing wildlife on site. Magnificent hilly countryside to discover in the surrounding area, combining wine-growing landscapes & gentle mountains, between vast wild forests & bocage valleys. 2 km from the charming, typical little village of Perreuil, with its original heritage (neo-classical town hall, neo-Romanesque church, neo-Gothic girls' school, etc.), adjoining the Voie Verte and the famous Canal du center ("Le Quiet river", navigable route nestled in the heart of nature with preserved banks, to be discovered during a boat trip or on foot).
