Very suggestive, with gardens on several levels, from where you can admire a unique panorama in front of the Vezio Castle. The rooms equipped with all services and accessories are large and spacious, with spectacular views of Lake Lecco and Como, a private bathroom for exclusive use, smart TV, Wi fi, barbecue. At guests' disposal the terrace, equipped with umbrella and sunbed where you can relax and sunbathe or simply enjoy an aperitif, a living room, a reading room, an equipped kitchen, various gardens and a parking space for exclusive use. The Villa dominates the center of the town and all services are within walking distance, bars, restaurants, supermarket, pizzeria and various paths for trekking in the adjacent woods. A short distance from the beaches and the small port where you can embark to visit Lake Lecco and Como. Sports center with football and tennis field 350 meters away. The area is purely tourist and the train station is 2.5 km away. from our residence, reachable on foot via the mule tracks, which greatly shorten the route, or by bus service or taxi service, both 150 meters from the Villa. You can also attend falconry shows in the nearby castle of Vezio, which belonged to Queen Teodolinda, or water sports such as water skiing. sailing, canoeing and fishing. Important: The room assignment depends on the number of guests, with a maximum capacity of 8 people. IMPORTANT: The 3/4 rooms could be on different floors, all equipped with fridge, coffee machine and smart TV. Prachtig uitzicht over het Comomeer, mooie terrassen en balkons. Het geluid van de beek geeft al een vakantiegevoel. Fijn dat er een kleine supermarkt in de buurt zit die bijna alles heeft. Ook genoten van het Italiaanse dorp waar de inwoners een eigen sociaal leven hebben met veel levendigheid. Bij vragen konden we bij Fabio, de contactpersoon, terecht die snel reageerde en ons de juiste informatie gaf. Een minpuntje: niet veel serviesgoed en bestek. Ook was er pp 1 handdoek voor 2 weken. Aug 8, 2021 Liked: Check-in, location Disliked: Communication, listing accuracy #### Kein Objekt für Familien Wir haben das Objekt wie beschrieben (3 Schlafzimmer und 3 Badezimmer) gemietet. Erhalten haben wir 2 Schlafzimmer und 2 Badezimmer. Das weitere Schlafzimmer war die ganzen 2 Wochen anderweitig vermietet. Wir haben extra nach einem Objekt mit 3 Schlafzimmern gesucht, damit unsere 3 Kinder (12 bis 17 Jahre) nicht dicht gedrängt in einem Zimmern nächtigen müssen. Da wir aber nur 5 Personen für die Reise angemeldet haben, wurde das 3\. Schlafzimmer und das 3\. Badezimmer (beides auf einer anderen Etage der Villa) kurzerhand vom Vermieter anderweitig vermietet. Diese Vorgehensweise war in der Anzeige nicht erkennbar. Das Objekt wird danach nur komplett vermietet. Wir beabsichtigen die Sache nunmehr anwaltlich zu klären, was sich jedoch sehr schwierig gestaltet, da fewo-direkt keine Daten zum Vermieter herausgibt und das Unternehmen selbst keinen Sitz in Deutschland hat. Abhilfe hat Fewo nicht geleistet. Zum Objekt selbst - soweit es uns zur Verfügung stand - ist folgendes zu erwähnen; Die Bäder sind neu gemacht, jedoch lief bei einer Toilette beim Spülen eine Menge Wasser raus, was immer zu einer großen Pfütze geführt hat. Die Küche ist in etwa Stand 1970, die Küchengeräte ebenfalls. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist ohne Sinn und Verstand und besteht aus den Hinterlassenschaften des früheren Eigentümers. Beispielsweise gibt es eine Backform und Anrichteplatten, jedoch nicht genügend Messer für die möglichen 8 Personen. Auch Tassen und Weingläser sind zu knapp. Die Pfannen und Töpfe möchte man überwiegend aus gesundheitlichen Grünen nicht mehr verwenden, da die Teflon-Beschichtungen überwiegend stark zerstört sind. Da das Objekt nicht über einen Geschirrspüler verfügt, muss in der Spüle das Geschirr gereinigt werden. Für die Spüle war jedoch kein Verschlussstopfen vorhanden, so dass bis zum Erwerb einer Schüssel unter laufendem Wasser abgewaschen werden musste. Kein Vergnügen bei einer 5-köpfigen Familie. Mehrfach fiel in der Zeit der Strom für das Haus aus (Hauptsicherung kam). Objekt kann man insgesamt nicht empfehlen. ##### Knut K. Stayed 14 nights in Jul 2021
