It s been recently renovated and refurbished and offers complete comfort and relaxation to the customers who love to be in close contact with nature enjoying typical landscape of the Tuscan countryside. The house consists of two adjoining apartments on two floors and can accommodate up to 14 people in 5 double bedrooms and in 2 double sofa bed located in the living rooms of the property. GROUND FLOOR: Large and welcoming living room, double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom, lounge and kitchen with fireplace. FIRST FLOOR: double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom, living room and kitchen. Large terrace overlooking the garden. EXTERIORS: Large garden with vineyards and olive groves. Private swimming pool and garden area equipped with deck chairs and umbrellas. In the garden there is also a gazebo equipped with tables and chairs suitable for your lunches and dinners al fresco. This Villa is located in a strategic position close to the main tourist destinations: Florence (50 km), Siena and Val d Orcia (50 km), Arezzo (20 km), Cortona (40 km), Chianti (40 km). ADDITIONAL SERVICES ON REQUEST: Excursions on horseback or guided trekking excursions. The Bandella natural reserve is renowned for birdwatching lovers and it is equipped with picnic areas and a botanical garden.
