The lower level is a fully equipped banquet/catering facility, complete with outdoor service area and outdoor Brick Oven. Have your family and friends gather and enjoy this as your home on the Great River Highway. Enjoy three sleeping rooms, one king, one double queen and one double, sleeping eight on 300 thread count linens, down coverlets and plush pillows. There is a full kitchen, breakfast counter and dining room. The house is rented as a whole, with a two-night minimum. Sample the food offerings of the area, or let us cater any or all of your meals. Wake up to a catered continental or full breakfast served at the breakfast bar. Let us pack your picnic lunch for the road, bike or boat. It is a great location for being close to Lake Pepin and the restaurants and winery. The house is comfortable and spacious. The property was a bit dated and you have to walk through dirt and grass up a hill to enter. This is very difficult for women in heels. There were some cobwebs in the corners of a few rooms. There is only one bathroom and the website says two bathrooms. Not being from the area we had lot of questions and needs. The house fit our needs perfectly. Judith prepared the rehearsal dinner for 36 and this was served on the lower level. Plenty of room for all. The meal was just what we asked for. It was delicious and enjoyed by all. Judith did an excellent job. The upper level or living area was spacious. We had older parents and it was nice only 3 stairs to worry about only had a small incline with a railing, The beds and linens were very comfortable. Loved the towels, nice and thick just like home. On Sunday we hosted a brunch on the upper level. This way out of town guests could stop by before heading home to visit with the newlyweds. The upstairs kitchen and living rooms fit 25 comfortably. The only drawback was no TV, but we had internet and really didn't have anytime to watch it anyway. Thanks again for a great weekend, ##### Mary V.
