Summary:  
Explore new destinations and set anchors here at the Mighty Tiny House 2! Situated at one of the finest tiny homes on a small little "Highlands Cattle Farm" hidden near native forestry of Waikato Region—where you can enjoy a cup of coffee while listening to nature's sounds, lazy afternoon naps, and sleep under the starry night skies.  
  
Auckland and Hamilton are two nearby towns that are about a one-hour drive away from this rural farm stay and other nearby attractions.  
  
The Space:  
Mighty Tiny House 2 by Tiny Away is located in Pepepe, Waikato Region. It's a 53 minute drive from Hamilton city and nearby Waitomo Caves, Raglan Beach, Marokopa Falls, and Hobbiton Tour are just a few of the attractions available.   
  
A cozy 139 square-feet tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste-holding tank, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers) for you to use.   
  
If you plan to spend your holiday homes NZ retreat here, we advise that you bring your basic necessities such as food and water during your stay with us. Thank you!  
  
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please advise that there will be other guests on our second tiny house, Mighty Tiny House 1 on the same property. If you want to book in groups, please contact your land host 24 hrs in advance to make arrangements.

Guest will have access to the tiny house and its surrounding areas, including the farm.

Mighty Tiny House 2 by Tiny Away is a rural farm stay, sitting in a small town of Pepepe near a couple of Waikato Region Cities—one of the best tiny homes and holiday homes NZ retreat 53 minutes from Hamilton city and nearby restaurants, museums, and other attractions.

\- Marokopa Falls is surrounded by native Tawarau and Nikau forests, enjoy walking to the beautiful waterfalls.  
\- Waikato Museum is a world-class museum and art gallery that houses a region's contemporary art collection.  
\- Hamilton Gardens is Waikato's most-visited tourist attraction featuring culture and tradition through themed gardens.  
\- Waitomo Caves accommodation (Glowworm Caves) is one of New Zealand's best natural attractions, with boat rides through the grotto and thousands of magical glowworms in the caves.

By public transport: We recommend guests to travel by private vehicle or v-hire to and from the tiny house/property. Thank you.

\- Pets should be kept on a leash at all times  
\- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed  
\- No smoking inside the tiny home; outside is allowed   
\- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge.  
\- Only (1) pet is allowed. Additional pets may incur a fee. This is a pet-friendly property—full pet policies will be sent before arrival.  
  
Important note:  
  
\- Please do not enter the farm shed or yards without the land host's permission  
\- Please be advised that there will be farm machinery and cattle noise on our property  
\- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban  
\- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the cassette toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.

#### A holiday to remember

My partner and I stayed on the property during the Christmas holidays and we enjoyed every day watching the sunset through our window. The property was very clean and had everything that we needed. The hosts are friendly and gave us tips on what to do in the region.

#### Mighty cute!

Beautiful scenery over to the Waikato hills. Alpacas on the doorstep greeting you among the other animals on the property. The owner was accommodating, very friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay as fantastic as possible. He gave awesome tips about places to visit including the Nikau cave! The accommodation was very clean and tidy, and everything you could need was made available. I Would 100% recommend staying here and would love to again in the future.
