Place was alright, except breakfast area is severely understocked and feels like its lacking, and the beds are solid as a rock, especially if youre heavier, they are super firm. The staff was awesome and it was clean

Likes: the bed was comfortable, clean updated bathroom, good location, friendly staff. Dislikes: very outdated otherwise, sheets could use bleach so they're not dingy appearing, no hot breakfast except a waffle maker included in the contential breakfast. Coffee really sucked with only powder creamer and sugar packets.

Half the lights didn't work in the room, along with half the outlets. It was clean, but having to test every outlet just to be able to charge a phone is ridiculous.

The room was very clean. Bathroom had been recently renovated and was sparkling. The room needed a refresh as well - there was a large circle on the wall where it looked like they had removed a mirror but the paint underneath didn't match the more recent pain colors. Breakfast was about what you would expect, not much, but none of the juice dispensers were working either so milk or coffee was the only option.

Overall it was ok, Jay the manager did all he could to make my stay comfortable. Bed only had 3 pillows, shower curtain needed cleaning,, bad. Asked not to be disturbed one day,,and wasn't my entire stay.. (holidays). Someone was always reachable, no drifters, felt extremely safe, doors lock at 9pm. Oh,, curtains were not on right and wouldn't close all the way & top covers were soiled so they got the floor. All that said, I will stay there again because the Patel family running this property are serious about making it a great place to stay. Thank you Mr. & Mrs. Patel

Super 8, not so super!
No frills motel for sure. Check in was mediocre, no one at front desk when we arrived, late afternoon. Room first night was terrible! Not very clean, bad location, next to office where night doorbell kept going off most of the night. Also near laundry and maintenance areas, again very noisy. They did move us upstairs to a room with two beds, second bed not needed. No additional charge which was nice, but we had to go to them several times to get this accomplished. 2nd room was much better, not noisy and cleaner.

The beds were hard, no iron and iron board. The clerk had to come up to turn the television on. Not very clean.l, staff were pleasant.

In town for softball.
You get what you pay for. This is a budget motel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Beds were very firm. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was very limited. Unfortunately for my son and I there wasn't any hot water for our morning showers.

Room was absolutely nothing like depicted in Expedia’s photos of property. Not even close. To add, food crumbs on floor, left over food in refrigerator, coffee maker still contained coffee, towels were dingy, towel rack in bathroom was off the wall, lobby was noisy all night long. Breakfast area was unkept, there was no milk for cereal, no creamer for coffee. Just an overall foul experience. Sure could have been worse but with just a bit of attention could gave been far better. Did not have a chance to speak to on duty manager, it was late and we left early and didn’t have time to search them out or wait for them to return to desk as no one was there either time I went to talk. Just a sign stating will return momentarily.

Room was relatively clean. Some stains on furniture, towels, and bed sheets, and spills present on walls and microwave. There was an odor in the hallways on the upper floors (smelled like "soup," not sure how else to describe it). I felt uneasy as my first room had the upper door chain/latch removed, with the holes for its hardware remaining. I requested another room which had the same issue. I was told all the rooms are like this now. Staff were kind and helpful throughout my stay. Perkins restaurant across the street, and a gas station was just a few minutes up the road.

It’s a tougher neighborhood, but improving this year. Nice staff with limited resources, it seems. I’d still return. I come to Peoria annually for an event and always stay in this area.

Friendly staff, sufficient breakfast, clean room, hotel was full each night and the room was quiet. The only issue is our room was on the second floor and you can hear the front door shutting. Outside of that is was a great stay.
