Overall our stay was okay. Staff was amazing during check in. However, saw multiple silverfish bugs in our room, constantly smelled pot and the woman at the front desk our second night yelled at us that we couldn’t have new towels until we went to our room and brought the dirty ones to her.

Hotel is in a very quiet part of town by the water. Easy to get to- good breakfast- comfortable rooms and a nice shower.

Nice clean, family friendly hotel. Will definitely return to this location when we decide on a little getaway. Only downside was the hot tub was not working, currently being repaired.

I really love staying here. Only thing is I’ve been here the last couple months a few times and every time I come, the Jacuzzi is broke. I would like to come back again and have the Jacuzzi working.

Noticed that the cleaning crew does the bare minimum. Found a lot of crumbs between the bed and nightstands. Whoever changed out the linens on the king size bed I had in my suite didn’t bother to take the time to get the correct size fitted sheet and pulled the queen sheet down as far as they could and left it. I arrived the day of St. Patrick’s day(the party people had the hotel packed the night before), the lobby still had popcorn and crumbs all over the carpet and stairs. A very nice place that with a little extra love while cleaning and a few updates could be brought to its full potential!

This property is run down and is in dire need of a remodel. The furniture is disgusting. The carpet is disgusting. We’ve stayed here years before but it’s never been this bad. We stayed 2 nights and our room was never cleaned. It would be nice if they got the jacuzzi running as that’s the main reason we stay.

The reviews were so high that I was a little shocked when I got there. It's fine, but it's just average, and could stand to be cleaner. A lot of little stains on the wallpaper and carpet. The shampoos and soaps in the shower were almost empty. The hot tub was broken (I booked this property because of the advertised hot tub). The outdoor portion of the pool has a significant amount of caked dirt under the side ledging. I will say the friendliness and warmth of all the staff was the only really stellar part of the experience.

i arrived at 9p.m . with an Expedia Reservation afterdriving for 2hours to be told there are no rooms available and staff would only tell me i had to call Expedia and rejected my request for a conference call with Expedia. piss pour reception and even lesser service from staff behind front desk. I am in no hurry to return. Yes i did resolve my accomdation issue no thanks to Stoney Creek's staff. if this an example of service level my experience not consistent with property reviews.

The property is not well kept. The hallways were dirty with food smashed in the carpet. The room keys do not work leading to many trips to the front desk. The front desk staff was very unprofessional! The hot tub does not work and they do not state that anywhere when booking not even their own website. Spend your money elsewhere or you will be disappointed.

Really enjoyed the pool but was disappointed that the hot tub wasn't working. The guy working the bar was funny, nice, quick to help and to answer questions about different wines they had. Overall great experience but would've been perfect if the hot tub was working.
