Did not like the suprise almost 7 dollar charge for a small bottle of water- parking and wi fi All we did was sleep there we were in town for concert.. No one mentioned that fee to me Rip off

The hotel was beautiful and clean the staff was very nice and friendly. The only thing I didn’t like about the hotel was the bed was like sleeping on concrete

The people the hotel was awesome. Me and my sister had a ball everyday. We began to get closer to the staff. It was just a comfortable feeling. I will be back.

It’s not very often I arrive to a location early but when I did here I was told I could check in 25 minutes early if I paid a $25.00 fee. Now I realize there is a posted check in time so I am not unsympathetic to that. However she made the mistake of telling me they had rooms available but it was just their policy. I declined and sat in the lobby checking email etc. what was worse was watching an elderly couple come in with a walker, now ten minutes early, and seeing them tell them the same thing. They had enough trouble getting in the door, why not just check them in. Parking was horrible with some event going on and there was no breakfast in the hotel at all. This is not what I expect from a Casino and most likely not a place I will return to.

The property was clean and very lovely. I had a room with a river view, which was nice to look out on. It was a secure building and for the most part, quiet. I had one weekend night when the people across the hall were a bit noisy, but not for a long period of time. The casino was a short walk away, so that was convenient. The casino offers three different restaurants. I did go to get a Latten around 8 or 9am on Monday morning, but the machine was being cleaned, so I was unable to purchase one. I thought the timing was not a great choice to clean a latte machine.

Very nice accommodations and safe entry. Very beautiful. No breakfast options seemed to be closed in restaurants but maybe i missed something. No one appeared to be at the front desk as I came by both in am and pm. However, I would still come back.
