"Definitely the bottom of where I’ve stayed. Everything from shoddy workmanship, rooms aren’t clean and maintenance are severely neglected. The floors and walls are ver thin and didn’t get much rest. I’d definitely not recommend and never be a repeat customer "

"HAD trouble checking in as a new employee had given away our reserved room. Had confirmation papers with me and all was taken care of. I needed a handicap room as I only have one leg. The staff was superb &even gave us and upgrade. Breakfast was excellent & parking was secure. Would stay again if on the same path. "

"This was our second family gathering at this house. Everything was awesome. Plenty off room in the house but also a great yard for our Easter egg hunt. From the last report there were 2 eggs we never found. "

"It was great! Clean and humble. The house was just right for the stay but a bit outside of Lawrence making three different directions on the phone gave for the return after dark. There was not paper towels but had some so didn’t need to make a trip. That’s about all that can be said negative but it worked out right for what was needed. Thank you! "

"This was our second time staying at this wonderful property, and it has become a very special place for us. The lake view and hot tub are peaceful. The fire pit was perfect for late night s'mores and stargazing. The house feels like visiting family. Amazing communication and care. The thoughtful touches were the cherry on top.
