Upon entering through the stunning stained-glass door, guests are welcomed into a spacious living room complete with a wood stove, flat-screen TV, and Wi-Fi. An adjacent dining area provides ample space for families and friends to enjoy a meal together, prepared in the fully fitted kitchen, with all modern amenities including oven/stovetop, large refrigerator/freezer, and microwave. At the back of the property, an additional utility area provides perfect storage for those sandy buckets and shovels or wetsuits after a day at the beach. The utility room leads to an enclosed paved courtyard with an outdoor bathroom. Upstairs, the property has two bedrooms, one king and one full, both beautifully decorated and offering a comfortable place to rest after a day of exploring the local area. The hallway leads to a large family bathroom complete with a corner shower, freestanding tub, sink, and toilet.
