La maison est située dans une voie sans issue, donc très calme. Emplacement idéal pour découvrir la côte et randonner sur le sentier des douaniers depuis Trégastel jusqu'à Paimpol sans dépasser les 40 minutes de route d'un côté comme de l'autre.
