This 2bd +1bth (one with queen and one with 2 twins or can push together to make a king) suite has been thoughtfully crafted with superior finishes and unparalleled lake views, this is a perfect place to stay and relax. Direct access to the lake off of the dock. Fire pit with propane Bring your boat! Can anchor it to the floating buoy. The Nest Beach house is brand new finished Please make note of the following items regarding the site : \- It is quite a busy road at times, so backing in to the parking space is recommended \- This is a lower/ground floor suite and access is by stairs only. \- I live upstairs on the top 3 floors The dock is shared with the neighbor and me. I live on the property so you will see me during your stay using my dock and boat. You may use the dock to access your boat if you bring one but the boat must be anchored to the floating buoy, not tied to the dock itself. Guests must let me know in advance of planning to bring a boat I am the owner and also live on the property. I am around most evenings if you should need assistance. World renowned Skaha beach is just a few minutes walk away. A boat launch located there as well as concession and restaurant. Dozens of wineries are within driving distance. She wasn’t on the property and offered little help when issues came up. The table linen was dirty, bedding felt like hand-me-downs, and there was no dish or shower soap on arrival. When I asked, she told me to “look around” for it and to use a pot to boil water since there was no kettle. A lamp had a severed wire, and the bathroom sink plug didn’t work.The property is “pet-friendly” only in that dogs are allowed — the outside area is sheer rock and cactus with nowhere safe to walk or for pets to go. The view is incredible, but overall it felt thrown together just to make money, not to create a comfortable stay. The place was clean, likely because it’s new.A major detail missing from the listing: although there was a picture in the listing: two steep flights of industrial stairs to reach the unit. My elderly 70-lb dog couldn’t manage them, and they’d be tough for anyone older or with kids. Disappointing overall, especially given how great our past Vrbo stays have been. this was not a place I would recommend to any one. ##### Leah F.
