Come experience panoramic gulf front views from this charming 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath vacation condo located in the heart of Perdido Key. The open layout provides a spacious living room with a plush couch/loveseat combo and flat-screen television with a DVD player. Cable TV and WiFi are included. Bedding Master King and 2 Bunk beds. Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors open to the gulf-front covered balcony terrace. An outdoor table with seating allows you to sip your morning coffee or savor your favorite glass of wine while enjoying the calming sound of the surf and watching the waves! The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you could need to prepare a wonderful meal including updated appliances, dishwasher, cookware, granite counters, a stainless double-sided sink, and bar height pass-through with seating. There is a separate dining area table that seats four. The master bedroom suite is the perfect retreat including a king-sized bed with soft bedding and a flat-screen television. The 3-drawer dresser and two nightstands provide ample storage for folded clothing items. It was absolute perfection. Clean, adorable, had everything you could need. I have zero complaints. The beach was quiet and clean, we never had to wait on elevators We will be booking again. There was dog hair on the living room rug (all over our socks) and one end of the couch. I spoke with the owner regarding lights in the hallway out/flickering. The response was to turn on and off the switch. Eventually the flickering light went out, so now there are two of four lights out. The TV in the living room worked the first night and then quit working/remote problem. Spoke with owner about it, but he ignored my text when I advised it still did not work. The TV in the bedroom worked fine, so it wasn't that we didn't know how to use it. The ice maker leaks water and freezes the ice cubes in the bin in a giant cube of ice. We spent a lot of time on the balcony listening to the waves when the sun was too bright to be on the beach. There was a mixup before we got there on who was to clean the condo so it was dirty ehen we arrived but Leonard took care of it immediately. We went to the grocery store and it was clean before we got back. Perdido Key is very relaxing. It was just what we needed. It was great having a reserved parking spot out of the sun. Len is very professional, and does his best to go above and beyond for guests. We had a small issue with a toilet, and I let Len know. He could have said just use the other toilet. Instead, within a few hours, it was fixed. The property itself was great. The view was amazing. The amenities are great. The beach is quiet and right on the property. All in all, a wonderful stay. It was smaller than we are used to but we honestly weren’t in the condo that much. It is in a great location with plenty of food/shopping nearby. There weren’t any beach toys or inflatables with the condo.
