She was very responsive to any questions that we had. We always have a great time at Waterscape and this unit was a great choice for a group of 4 adults and 4 young kids. Great location, the condo was beautiful, loved the layout! The property with ask the pools was great and we loved the beach! Also, nice to park almost right outside the door. When we arrived at the condo we took our shoes off at the door and walked to the patio, by the time we got to the patio doors our feet were black on the bottom. Baseboards also could use a good cleaning. There was hair stuck to the walls in the shower. Other than that, the location of the unit was great with the outdoor area for the kids to run and play. ##### Lori M.
