Beach getaway

Very detailed information was emailed making check in process quickly and flawless. Great location, kids had an amazing time with all the amenities that were offered with our rental and happy kids equal fun vacation for parents! Property was clean the condo was clean. We will definitely be staying here again

Ground view is great!

We had a great time, and everything was pretty nice. We loved being on the bottom floor—it made traveling back and forth with babies much easier! Our only real complaint is that the oven was kind of finicky. Two of the burners only worked part of the time. It made staying in and cooking take a little while longer than expected. Overall, it was a good time and a good place to stay!

Quiet and convenient

Nice beach facing floor unit with minimal foot traffic outside. Plenty of beds for large groups/families but seating was lacking and uncomfortable if you wanted to visit in the living room and not enough table spaces for eating as a large group either. Granted it was over Thanksgiving and the cooler weather kept us inside earlier once the sun set. Management was great and responsive. Super easy checkout process and we enjoyed our stay.

Property was exactly as described. The kitchen was fully stocked and the beach toys/floats were great to have on hand so we didn't have to purchase anything. The unit was clean upon arrival and check in was easy. Great location, close to everything.

the property was nice. A few minor issues. The ceiling fans and vents have not been cleaned in some time and have layers of dust. This is a bottom floor property but has no direct walk out to the walk path which meant walking down the hall every time we wanted to go to the beach. There is only a high top table on the patio which means “lounging” was not an option

Easy check-in and check-out. Spacious condo. Interior was nice with upscale construction. Living room couch and loveseat need to be replaced ASAP. They were in bad shape. We put blankets over them when seated. Microwave, ceiling fans, counters, and table-top weren't clean on arrival. We cleaned them, but it didn't give us 100% confidence of a thorough deep clean. Swimming pools, lazy river, food/drink tiki hut, beach, beach chair service, and ocean were amazing.

Waterscape is our favorite FWB location

The resort is great for families once you learn your way around. There are unposted rules about reserving chairs at the pool, so don't leave your things unattended! The A101 unit is great for a large family, but we were surprised that we couldn't walk out to the walkway directly from our patio. The room could use a few updates, but it's clean and perfect for a getaway week with family! My tip: buy a stainless cup from the tiki bar and save money on refills your entire vacation!

The condo was a prime location ocean view, close to pool access and parking garage. We enjoyed the fireworks from the balcony Wednesday night. The condo was decorated very nice with modern decorations and paint color. If you are sleeping 14, you may want to make sure ahead of time there are extra pillows and blanket for the hide-a-bed. We did not end up using the hide-a-bed but would not have had a blanket if we needed to use it. I’m sure if we needed it and called, one would have been provided no problem . The condo was clean but I feel for the price per week and my personal preference, a good deep cleaning is in order. With that said, the beds and linens were very clean and comfortable. I’m sure it’s hard to schedule a good deep cleaning in the busy season. We would recommend this unit and would stay again. Beautiful views. Great location facing the pier.

Perfect location and a very enjoyable stay

Most everything about the facility was exceptional and I loved sitting on the balcony with my coffee while it was still quiet and dark and watch the day come to life. The dryer took about 3 hours to dry a load of towels and the refrigerator and freezer were not working like they should. I would definitely return for another vacation.

Great location!

Our week was wonderful. We had 10 people in our group and we were very comfortable. The beds were wonderful and the kitchen had everything we needed. We loved being in the front of the complex. Easy access to the pool and beach and easy drop off to our balcony. All the amenities at Waterscape were great. It was the 4th of July but found room at the pool and no problem with beach chairs. We did use the outdoor grills and they were clean and worked great. We would definitely stay again and we had many other people who were with our group that were staying in Waterscape that checked out our condo for the future.
