My parents and I took a short trip to see family. This property is very clean and well maintained. We wish we could have stayed longer to utilize the kayaks and fishing opportunities. Please be careful stepping into the queen bedroom shower. It is very clean and I slipped a little. I do think there needs to be directions for the dryer. I've used a lot of dryers in my 52 years and never could get it to start. Very minor issues! Overall a great little place to stay with decent distance to beaches while still enjoying a quiet neighborhood. It has a nice little childrens nook if you have kids as well. Not hard to find at all, everything was nice and clean, we did get rain everyday it was nice because it made the day not to hot to enjoy the beaches around the area. We recommend to use the tollways excess to the beaches makes it faster to arrive have cash in hand. Jul 28, 2022 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Great clean, well stocked, place to stay on vacation. We enjoyed our stay at the property. Unfortunately, it rained quite a bit during our stay so we were unable to enjoy the kayaks. The absolute only thing I have to say negative about this property (and is more of a suggestion than a real frustration) is the sidewalk needs to be built up more. Water pools there and when we first arrived we had to walk through ankle deep water to unload our luggage. Everything else was wonderful. Will stay here again in the future. ##### Barton M.
