This beautiful Gulf-front vacation rental includes patio doors in the living room leading to a private balcony that provides a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. Pickleball courts are also nearby, so grab your paddles and have a friendly game together. Other features of this underwater beach style vacation rental include a full-size refrigerator, cooktop stove, and oven, microwave, and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. The bathroom has a tub and is connected to the bedroom and the hall. The living room has a TV with a DVD player, a VCR and a CD stereo system while the bedroom has a TV.

Things to Know
Complimentary beach service of one umbrella and two chairs is offered from March 1 through October 31. Paddleboards, kayaks, and bicycles are available for an additional charge.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Spring Break 2023

Family oriented spring break. Location was away from the hustle of Destin..beautiful beach. Secure facility. My family had a great time. Condo needs a few updates, but honestly that's where we sleep..ocean was our goal. Facility caretakers were wonderful with getting us extra bedding and a blow-dryer. Sofa sleeper mattress needs to be updated, but air mattress was great, just had a slow leak. Overall we had a great time. Thank you.

Not what we expected

I booked this listing for my mother & cousin for a weekend getaway to the beach. This condo is outdated. The pictures are very deceiving. The room needs repairs such as knobs missing from dressers exposing just the screws where knobs should have been, siding doors not workable, many outlets had clear tape on them and were unaccessible, tv in bedroom did not work, internet code did not have service. The bathroom had mold around caulking, shower curtain missing half the hooks with a rusty rod for support. It is listed as a beach front. Yes, you can see the beach, but you will not be able to view a sunrise or sunset from this location. Grub hub nor door dash will deliver to this location as well. My mother is disabled & the handicap spots were parked in by owners that were not handicap. For the price we paid, this is definitely not what we were expecting.

Unit 4A

Overall this unit was adequate for our needs. The living room furniture and carpeting were clean and maintained. They could improve it with a different cleaning company. The dishes and coffee pot were dirty. I had to wash them before use. There was an opened can of wine on the dresser (not mine), an empty bottle of water (not mine), the fridge had not been wiped out. There was a plastic netting zip tied to the balcony railing that obstructed the view. There was clear tape over the majority of the outlets. The bed and bathroom fixtures could use an update. There were no dishes to cook with for the oven.

good spot

This unit is a good location and it looks like they are trying to improve the entrance and look of the complex which is needed. The bathroom in our unit should have some much needed repairs and updating. The kitchen is clean but also worn on cabinetry. It was a clean place but a bit on the tired side. Definitely more a rental than a vacation home owned by a person. We were a bit surprised by fees, taxes, resort fees that were added on even though this was a reasonable priced unit. Beware of the extras. We have never rented through VRBO and we have learned a lot through this process.

Ft. Walton vacation

We have stayed at Island Echos for over 35 years when visiting the coast. This year we found crumbs on our kitchen counters, crumbs in the coffee maker, and a beer and liquor bottle in the closet. The cabinet doors had the finish peeling off and the outside of the oven was rusty. This condo needs some attention. I hate to leave this comment because I usually leave positive comments.
