Simply enter your desired dates and click 'Book Now!' You'll love the view of the Gulf from this 11th-floor condo (the top floor!) in peaceful Perdido Key. Upon entering this one-bedroom 1.5-bath condo you'll notice the warm neutral tones of the furnishings, the tile floors throughout the property, and an outstanding coastal view from your private balcony. This condo sleeps up to five people in a layout that includes a king-sized bed in the bedroom and a king-sized sleeper sofa and sleeper chair in the living room. It's only a short walk across the boardwalk to the beach from your condo, which is conveniently located near grocery stores and restaurants. On site, you'll find an outdoor pool, a hot tub, an indoor pool inside a light-filled atrium, a fitness room, and a gathering space in the spacious lobby. There's even a little bookshelf library in the lobby so you can catch up on some reading during your stay! While there is not a washer/dryer inside the condo, a coin-operated laundry is available in the building. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 11. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The access to the private beach was awesome, we didn't have to worry about not getting a good spot daily. The setup of the condo was amazing.
