With sleeping space for up to 6 guests, the layout includes a queen bed, double bed with twin trundle, and an additional pull-out sofa in the living room—perfect for families or groups traveling together.  
  
While the historic indoor fireplace is no longer functional, you won’t miss a spark—head out back to enjoy the outdoor fire pit in the fully fenced yard, ideal for roasting marshmallows, sharing stories, or unwinding under warm Florida nights.
