This is a well established, quiet neighborhood. A fully newly remodeled space. It's a cozy, quaint, perfect space for a getaway or for a long-term stay. Only 10 miles away from the beach. Perfect for a small group of friends or family and traveling working professionals. The space is super welcoming and super comfortable for guests of all kinds. Very humble neighborhood. Laundromat is 5 minutes away. Location is 8 minutes from downtown Pensacola. The space Urban, older, quiet neighborhood. The space is newly remodeled and renovated. Offering more than we could get from a hotel at almost half the price and in the convenience of being away from a hotel atmosphere, we were more than pleased with the stay. The space was convenient, the bed was comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. I did mark it for cleanliness because things like light switches and doors needed to be wiped down, but the bathroom and living space were more than adequate. I know some people may be bothered by seeing visible dirt on doors and switches. I absolutely would stay there again and would recommend it to anyone wanting something more than a hotel while staying in Pensacola. ##### Melissa M.
