With all-new flooring throughout (no carpeting except on the stairs), it’s as comfortable as it is stylish. The open-concept main floor features cozy seating for TV watching or Gulf gazing, a dining area that seats six, a breakfast bar for three, and a well-equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals or snacks. Also on this level is a queen-sized bedroom and a full bath with a walk-in shower. Upstairs, the king-sized primary suite is a true retreat with a Gulf-front private balcony, a daybed for lounging or extra sleeping space, and a convenient wet bar with a mini fridge—ideal for enjoying your morning coffee or an evening nightcap without leaving the room. The ensuite bath includes a Jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower, and private water closet. The third bedroom offers a queen-sized bed and a private bathroom. A washer and dryer are also located on the upper floor for your convenience. Step outside and fire up the gas grill after a day on the beach. This home is part of a 4-plex and is right next to Seagull, making it a great option if your group needs multiple units. Your pup is welcome with the owner’s permission. A $200 pet fee applies per pet (maximum of 2 dogs). Cats are not permitted. Please note: dogs are not allowed on the Gulf Beach. This is a non-smoking home (including balconies), and events are not permitted. The minimum age to rent is 25. We saw some bug bait stations which actually made us feel good because you’re always going to have bugs and they were doing something about it. The view was incredible and the location couldn’t have been better. We loved being down the road from some of the bigger condos. Made the beach much less busy. The beds were very stiff and uncomfortable, but again, it’s just for a trip. We made do. The kitchen was well stocked and the property manager was so helpful and quick to respond. There is always someone happy to help on the other end of the line, and with a great attitude! I will continue to use Blue Moon for my annual Navarre trip, that is until I finally move over for good! Reviewer Comments: Another great vacation at Rammer Jammer. Pet friendly condo. Convenient walk over. All kitchen necessities available. If bringing your furry friend please be advised that the side stairwell does not have a gate so they could dash down the steps and towards the road if you don't pay attention. Also the steps on the back porch have the back side open and it is wide enough for a small dog to fall through. Didn't have an issue with our older dog but young puppy was too curious. We used duct tape to run across each section to keep her curious mind from fall through. Other than those 2 things to be mindful of, everything was great as usual and Blue Moon is always quick to respond if you have any issues. It was plenty comfy for 3 couples plus local family to come visit for the holidays. Everything was clean and functioning. We had a wonderful time. Would have loved a Ceiling over the main floor balcony so we could utilize it during and after a rain storm. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If you bring a pet and in need of a vet I recommend Davis Animal Hospital in Pensacola. Our pup was in need and nobody in Navarre would help. Luckily this place is open from 5 pm to 10 pm for walkins. After that you become a client and can come regular hours. We had to go 3 times. Regardless we love this place and hope the area doesn't get over built. Reviewer Comments: We loved watching the beautiful aquamarine water and walking on the white soft sand. No commercial , few high rises , just nature make Navarre Beach a special place. Our rental was very well equipped with everything you need for a perfect vacay. Blue Moon was attentive to the few minor problems that arose. The property was pristine upon arrival! It's a beautiful, spacious, tastefully decorated 3-story unit unit (one of 4) with every detail covered. The property couldn't be closer to the beach: the short boardwalk to the beach connects to the front porch. You can make a roundtrip to and from the water in 4 leisurely minutes. We loved being able to look out from the balcony and porch and easily see our group. When we had a minor issue with the coffee maker, the property manager was at our door in 5 minutes with a new one. The corner location makes for gorgeous views all day long. This is the best beach rental we've ever had. Thank you! ##### JR R.
