Beach service March 1 to October 30. Newly renovated 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo, with additional bunk beds and sleeper sofa, sleeps 6 persons. Located on the beach side of Okaloosa Island, it is only 100 feet to the beach on a boardwalk. Open floor plan has combined living room, kitchen and dining area. The unit has a front balcony from which you can see the ocean, and a back balcony from which you can watch the kids in the pool! Located in Sunset Cottages, a small 19 unit complex, it is quiet and family friendly. There is a pool and barbecue area with sitting. Unit comes with 2 chairs and an umbrella reserved at the beach, and beach service nearby offers chairs, umbrellas, kayak, paddleboard rentals (March to October). Close to Conference center, Ft Walton Beach and Destin. Many restaurants and attractions nearby. Clean and bright, everything was just as described. Kitchen is well equipped, and the clothes washer/dryer were great. One of the things that stood out was all the extra linens and pillows! Such a nice touch to make sure everyone is comfortable! Grocery is close by, and restaurants aren’t too far away at all either. Accessing the beach from the unit was a breeze, especially with the milder temps the week we stayed. The chair/umbrella service included was a godsend when we already had our arms full with 3 kids beach toys. Owner was quick to respond when I asked about extending our stay by a night, and we had no issues during our stay whatsoever, but if we did, I can imagine she would’ve had it taken care of ASAP. ##### Savannah A.
