Each room has its own coastal flair, including brightly colored tropical fish in the master bedroom/bath, lightly colored seashells in the guest bedroom/bath, and a palm tree mural in the dining area. This unit has an assigned covered parking space. With two bedrooms and a sleeper sofa, this non-smoking unit can accommodate up to 7 guests. The wall mirror in the master bedroom helps fill the space with color. A full-size kitchen is complemented by a large island cabinet/countertop. A full-size washer and dryer set is also available in the unit. Three large windows and wall mirrors in the living room come together to surround the space with golden sunshine, white sands, and emerald-colored waters - three things that make the Emerald Coast so attractive! Everything we needed was supplied for the kitchen. It was a end condo so we had extra windows for viewing the beach which was nice ! My only suggestion would be to replace or fix the outdoor balcony chairs. They are made of pvc pipe and one of the pipes broke while my daughter was sitting in it. This complex was nice and small which our family needed. Our son has special needs so we didn’t want a huge place. Unit 101 was perfect for our family of four! Could not believe how big it was. The view was amazing. The description and pictures were completely accurate. No surprises at all. If I had any recommendations it would just be to change some things to make it more kid friendly (light fixture over the kitchen table, some decor) I’d also love a Keurig! Parking inside is very small and difficult to get a van pulled in. Ok for a compact car. Pictures of balcony is deceiving. It is smaller than portrayed.
