The quiet neighborhood was perfect for taking our grandchildren on a walk.. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The weather was not warm enough to swim in the pool but it was a lovely sight outside the living room windows. Our Christmas celebration and Thanksgiving meal were simply perfect with the well equipped kitchen. The house was 10 minutes from the wedding venue (thanks Kevin for the info) and the rooms in the house were perfectly suited to a group getting ready for a family wedding. We booked this house for two families to stay while horse showing at the Escambia County equestrian center. It is a perfect location for that, only a couple miles away with a Publix in between! The house was clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had extras (espresso machine)! The property manager was super easy to deal with, with minimal requirements for check out and an easy check in process. The neighborhood is quiet and feels very safe.
