I feel bad that I failed to get the evening chef’s name—Also, a truly remarkable and personable person. He even shared his special dessert that he was testing to add as a signature item for the menu. The spread for the breakfast bar was far above our expectations as well as the menu choices and quality of the dinner experiences.
