The living area is spacious with a 42-inch wall-mounted TV with a DVD player and a sleeper sofa. The dining area has seating for the group and the kitchen is well-stocked. You'll have your own washer and dryer just off of the kitchen. This island resort two-bedroom condo is one that is sure to provide a dream vacation for anyone lucky enough to find an available week! The condo has been equipped with a king bed in the master bedroom and a queen bed in the guest bedroom with wall-mounted LCD TVs in both bedrooms! Both bedrooms are tastefully done and have their own private bathroom stocked with plush linens for your stay. The master has a small balcony facing east and the guest bedroom opens to a large balcony for enjoying our warm summer weather! Also, the large deck on the first level is screened-in so you can enjoy it all year-round. \~The Purple Parrot Tiki Bar & Grill will be closing seasonally this year for the cooler months and will not reopen until February 1, 2026\. The pool and other amenities will remain open and available for guest and owner use. We stayed the 10 other families so it was nice for everyone to have their own house, but still have the pool and tiki bar to hang out. My only problem was our place was very dirty. As soon as we walked in, we felt sand under our feet. I understand there is sand everywhere around the resort, but it seemed as if it wasn’t cleaned at all. There was sand all over the stairs and upstairs. Piles of sand under the beds and dressers. We then noticed that the dishwasher had not been cleaned out either. Someone was sent over right away to clean that out and then she was going to start sweeping, but how uncomfortable to have someone sleeping for hours while my family of 6 was in the house? Overall the place was great, but the cleaners need to spend more time and do it right. ##### Amanda P. Our family loved how spacious it was, much nicer than being cramped in a hotel suite. The location could not be better. It is located minutes from Johnson’s Beach, a few minutes from Orange Beach, and about 40 minutes from Pensacola Beach. The unit was very clean and up to date. The kids enjoyed the pool with waterfall while my husband and I got a drink at the tiki bar and listened to the live band. We always had close parking and only faintly heard construction noises during the day. This property is surrounded by amazing restaurants. Our family never had a bad meal. If you are looking to relax, refocus, and enjoy your trip, you want to stay here. ##### Amy K.
