SeaSpray 711 is a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom gorgeous unit. It features a panoramic view from the 7th floor. The wraparound balcony overlooks a pool, the marina, the beach, and the Intracoastal and Gulf waters, perfect for watching the sunsets ! The condo has a large fully equipped kitchen and a large dining table perfect for family dinners. The spacious living room features a sectional with a sofa sleeper and a big screen T.V. perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. This unit is at Seaspray a Perdido Resort which hosts 3 pools, a hot tub, a fitness room, tennis, and a pickle ball court. The marina includes a complimentary boat launch and kayak storage is available. The condo is also convenient to stores and restaurants. Perdido Key located in Florida and surrounded by Pensacola Beach, Orange Beach, and Gulf Shores. The Key is convenient to attractions like OWA, Waterville USA, the Naval Aviation Museum, the Wharf, and the World Famous Flora Bama . Our area has some of the best seafood the Gulf has to offer along with the best fishing charters on the coast. Seaspray has a dedicated beach crossover walk just for the Marina side. As a guest at Seaspray guests have access to all 3 pools at each of the buildings, the hot tub, marina, boat launch, fitness center, and beach access. Please read before booking! However, they list the property as sleeping eight but there were only six towels, seven plates and seven forks. They needs to be more of each of these so that the renter does not have to wash towels so often and dishes. It was very spacious and we had all we needed for that week. It was quiet too inside. You could not hear anyone above or below us, unless you were outside on the deck. ##### David D.
