  • Sandy Key 821 is a 3-bedroom, 2-bath Gulf-front condo in Perdido Key. With 1,495 square feet of single-level living space, it accommodates up to 8 guests and offers Gulf views, a private balcony, direct beach access, and resort-style amenities.

    ABOUT THE PROPERTY
    The open living and dining area features comfortable seating and cable and satellite TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes appliances, cookware, dishes, utensils, and a coffee maker. A private balcony overlooks the beach and Gulf.

    The primary bedroom has a king bed, the second has two king beds, and the third has two full beds. The condo has two full bathrooms, with a maximum occupancy of 8 guests.

    Additional conveniences include high-speed Wi-Fi, an in-unit washer and dryer, air conditioning, heating, linens, and bath towels.

    AMENITIES & FEATURES
    Sandy Key is a gated beachfront community offering direct beach access, a swimming pool, hot tub, fitness room, tennis and pickleball courts, and shared charcoal grilling areas. Seasonal beach chair and umbrella service may be available for an additional fee. Complimentary parking is provided.

    The condo is non-smoking and welcomes children. Up to two pets may be permitted with prior approval, subject to pet policies and fees. Minimum rental age is 25.

Great Stay

Stayed over the 4th of July. Very busy maintenance team at the property but they handled the issues quickly and professionally. Great place to stay, would recommend.

Memorial Day Perdido Ket

In town with family for a funeral and a couple days at the beach. Excellent accommodations. 4 adults and 4 children. Comfortable and well equipped condo. Would definitely stay there again.

Great Floor plan

Lots of room for Nana, Mom and Dad and Teenager. We enjoyed the balcony overlooking the beach. The beach was easily accessible as was the pool and hot tub. Kitchen was clean and well stocked. If you like pickleball, bring your rackets. Fun for the whole family

Great time had by all!

What a great condo! Super clean, very modern, great beach view. It had plenty of room for our group of six. Very comfortable. Condo is in a great location in Perdido Key. Close enough to everything but also far enough away that the beaches aren’t crowded and tragic is good. Fifteen minutes to the restaurants in Orange beach.

The condo was very clean, the realty group that managed the condo was very responsive through text message and phone calls. The beach view is incredible out of all of the balconies. The beach itself was not very crowded, which was my biggest concern. There was plenty of room to spread out and not be too close to other families. There wasn’t a big party crowd or any loud music. It was very family, friendly and chill.A few drawbacks, the beds in the pillows were not great, the bedroom with two beds. The two beds were very squishy and squeaky. The primary king bed was only comfortable right in the middle on the hump. And all of the pillows felt like sheets shoved into pillowcases.The living room furniture- we had to take the back pillows off the couches so that they were comfortable, but once you do, they were super comfortable. The kitchen has literally nothing to cook with no salt pepper anything like that so if you are a family that likes to cook at home be prepared to buy all of that at the grocery store or bring it with you.

Summer Getaway

My wife, son, daughter and parents came together for a family vacation. We arrived on a Monday and check-in was very easy. The realty company is minutes away and everything is ready when you get their. The room was very clean and decorated well. All the furnishings were up to date and very well kept. The beds were comfortable and the air worked well in the extreme heat. The view from the balcony was beautiful and had ample seating. The ocean and beach were clean and the surf wasn't too tough. We didn't use the pools very often, but others must have really loved them because they were very crowded. I would absolutely return to Perdido Key and stay here again.
