It was my husband and myself and our five children ranging in ages 15-24, and the place was absolutely perfect. The kitchen was great - with everything I could ever think of to cook with on vacation plus more. Plenty of serving trays, cups, silverware, dinnerware, etc. The kitchen space was plentiful as well with a large dinner table to fit the entire family and open to a large living room. The bedrooms, beds, and bathrooms were great for our family. The location to the beach was absolutely perfect as well as closeness to restaurants and shopping. Kitchen was fully stocked with more equipment and dishes than we would ever need. Parking was easy, access to the beach was as well. Having 3 1/2 bathrooms was great! Cleanliness got four stars, because it was dirty under the sofa, bed in the den. The house was clean and well stocked. There were beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, etc in the garage. I liked that we had a 2 car garage. We had a short walk to the beach on the private walkway. The beach had beautiful white sand. The complex was quiet and peaceful. The only (minor) issues we had were the directions on trash disposal as we had trouble finding the dumpster, and we did not know if we had to recycle, and we also had trouble getting the gate open when we first arrived. We found that we had to pull up close to the gate to get it to open. This was our first trip to Pensacola and we will be back. We would definitely stay here again. We also enjoyed the Navy Air Museum and watching the Blue Angels practice. ##### Robert C. We had to leave immediately so we left the next morning. Contacted Diana’s she would push it to a later date told me That I screwed myself by not taking insurance. We had all intentions of staying for a week but I sure would like to come down and had a different date for the remaining of the amount of money that we gave her.
