The white sandy beaches and beautiful emerald water are located directly across the street within walking distance. This charming bungalow is newly updated and refurbished with parking directly in front of the unit. Also provided is the initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap and trash bags to get you through the first 24 hours. Bedroom Layout: 1-Bedroom, 1 Bathroom, sleeps 4 Bedroom 1: One King Bed (2 guests) Living Room: Sofa Bed (2 guests) Researching things to do? This place was small and comfortable for use and our dog. We had room to setup his crate and not have it in the way. It rained the a few days and we couldn't go to the beach. It was not cramped. The queen bed was comfortable. This place is about equidistant from Perdido Key public beach access #2 and #3\. It is also about a mile to the River Road Dog Park. We walked our dog there most mornings. It tired him out so when we crated him for the beach, he slept. Lillian's Pizza, Sig's Burgers and Shrimp Basket are all within easy walking distance.
