BEACH SERVICE ⭐ To reserve your FREE beach chairs and one umbrella, please check in with the beach attendant each day. This complimentary service is provided during the peak season, March - October. POOL ⭐ Destin West offers six pools for you to choose from. As a guest, you will have access to both the beach and bay side of the resort. The Gulf side pools include the 5,000 sqft lagoon-style pool, a kiddie pool, and a hot tub. Pass safely from one side to the next on the Walkover Sky Bridge to the bay side, where you will love the lazy river, zero-entry level pool, waterfall pool, and two oversized hot tubs. No glass is allowed near any of the pool/hot tub areas. Please review and adhere to the Safety Precautions sign next to the amenity. Use the amenity AT YOUR OWN RISK! Please note additional rules for more info. SECURITY ⭐ Our property currently does NOT have an entry camera, but the resort does have cameras. If you touch or tamper with the cameras, you will be asked to leave the property immediately without a refund and will be held responsible for any damages. PETS ⭐ Absolutely NO PETS. Due to the health and severe allergies of the host, we cannot accept animals of any kind in this unit. If you bring a pet of any kind, you will be charged an additional $500 per pet and be asked to leave. BOOKING ⭐You must be 25+ to book The person booking and paying for the reservation must be a group member staying at the property. Read, review, and sign OUR rental agreement within 48 hours of booking and before check-in. No events or parties are allowed. CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT ⭐Check-in any time after 4 pm CST. Check-out is any time before 10 am CST. EARLY ARRIVALS ⭐We would love to accommodate early arrivals. However, it is nearly impossible during the busy season due to increased traffic delays and a limited workforce. Therefore, if you have an early flight, please plan to book an extra day so that you may check in before 4 pm. If that isn't an option, one of our favorite public beach access is right down from Destin West at The Boardwalk Okaloosa Island. It offers seaside shops, restaurants, and entertainment. Since we are always on a tight schedule, we ask that all guests depart promptly at 10 am CST. KITCHEN ⭐Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, bakeware, glasses, mugs, plates, flatware, cooking utensils, coffee maker, and fire extinguisher located under the sink. SMOKING ⭐NO SMOKING on the premises. You will be charged a minimum of $1000 fee for smoking inside the property. This resort is a smoke-free property. No smoking in the garage, hallways, elevators, or rooms. REFUNDS ⭐Absolutely NO refunds or discounts due to weather, natural disasters, or any other situations beyond our control. It was an amazing property! The chairs on the beach being included was fantastic. We didn’t end up doing any of the activities. Next time, I will bring the kids with us. We had a fabulous time and property management was extremely courteous. Take advantage of the xplore activities and I played three rounds of golf with no additional out of pocket expense. The property next door had an outdoor wedding with reception, which was very loud. Also, the convention center across the street had a car show, so there were loud cars every where. The location was beautiful and the access to all the pools was so much fun. I would definitely stay again. They have all the pots and pans you would need. The access to the beach was great, the pools and lazy river were all great as well! The room was very clean and plenty of space for all of us. We had two adults, two 19 year olds, 10 year old and 18 month old. We had plenty of room in the condo. Our 10 year old did say the sofa bed was uncomfortable and noisy so she opted to just sleep on the couch and not the pull out. ##### Holly G.
