### Palafox Oasis at The Brent Lofts

Located on the third floor of the historic downtown Brent building, this STUNNING one bedroom unit has a perfect view of the main street of Palafox and is conveniently located within steps of shopping, dining, parks, and entertainment. The simple, chic, and relaxed décor invites you to get comfortable and feel at home. Bedroom offers a king size bed and its own en-suite bathroom. Blackout drapery will ensure a perfect night's sleep. A fully-stocked kitchen with Sub Zero and Wolf appliances are provided at your convenience. Enjoy your morning coffee or tea in the beautiful outdoor common area just around the corner from your front door.  
  
This condo is one of three BL condos with stunning views of Palafox, Downtown Pensacola's liveliest street, which produces noise from surrounding businesses and street, especially Thurs-Sat night. Let us know if you have any questions and please bear in mind when booking.

BIG BONUS: A stay in this particular unit grants you a FREE, GUARANTEED parking spot literally STEPS away from the "World's Whitest Beaches" at a local Pensacola Beach House. Once you've booked, simply let us know when you plan on needing the parking space on the beach.  
  
Check In Process:  
To check in at any of our 16 Brent Loft condos, guests will need to sign rental agreement. Minimum age at check in is 25. ID may be requested to confirm age and identity verification. The day of arrival, we will send codes to enter the common space and condo door. We urge guests to review and complete these items before arriving on property to allow for a seamless check in experience.  
  
\-While parking is not included in your stay, we do provide a special promo code for BL guests in the Premium Parking lot directly behind the Lofts. After discount, cost for parking is $10/day/plate. There is city parking surrounding the Lofts but pricing varies.   
\-We do offer discounts for longer stays, military, wedding, etc. Please contact management for more info.
