The views are always breathtaking and the area always has so much to offer. We had a really difficult time checking in and the 24 hr help line number did not work when we needed it too. The view is Beautiful. The walkway to the beach was very short, they have a mat that goes out on to the sand that makes it very easy to walk on. The pool was great! They had staff on sight which is very helpful. The only suggestion I would make is to get a mattress toppers to make the beds more comfortable, they are very hard.to sleep on. Great location, bedrooms were roomy and the bathrooms were clean. Large balcony with a great view. Listening to the ocean while you eat breakfast is wonderful. If you are not traveling with kids and you dont want to hear them in the pool below you might want a higher floor, but for us it was ideal. The only negative I had was there were a few things in the kitchen that could have been cleaner. Reaplace the mugs in the cupboard, and maybe clean the inside of the the drawers and cabinets. The pools were great for days when the beach just wasn’t swimmable. We enjoyed our stay. This was the biggest condo we have ever had, and it fit our family of 4 well. The only downside we had was the floors kept getting crazy sandy because there was no rug in the entry. Also, the master bed could really use an upgraded mattress, we made due, but were definitely ready to come home to our own bed. The noise from the pool was almost non-existent, which was great given the fact we were right above the pool area. The ocean view was a little obstructed only because you’re eye level to the balcony rails and ocean on the 2nd floor. Otherwise, very nice condo in a nice area! The condo looked just like the online pictures. Communication with the management was easy to obtain. Not a big deal, but we were disappointed to not have any ice (no ice maker or trays) provided. The boardwalk needed some maintenance on screw heads sticking up and we saw someone out tending to those the day before we left. We found everything in the condo very clean except for the tile floors which turned bare feet black. Overall we greatly enjoyed our stay and would return. ##### Vickie S.
