Great location short drive from beaches parks & trails. 10 mins from historical downtown, bars and restaurants. 10 mins to Pensacola Airport 25 mins to Pensacola Beach 28 mins to NAS 1 hour to Fort Walton/Destin. Conveniently located near the intersection of I-10 & Scenic Highway. We're just 5 miles to the airport, 7 miles to downtown Pensacola & wedding venues, 12 miles to the Caribbean blue water & white sugar sand of Pensacola beach, 1 mile from historical chimney park & trails, 5 miles to Bayview park & public boat launch, 12 miles to NAS Naval Station, Aviation Museum, light house & Blue Angels Headquarters.
