PLEASE READ ALL Located in the heart of Pensacola, this property has been newly renovated and it has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, living room, dining room, spacious kitchen and a beautiful backyard. This home is close to the two main hospitals in the city Sacred Heart Hospital and West Florida Hospital, which makes it ideal for flying nurses and medical personnel traveling for work. Close to the mall and shopping centers and many great restaurants nearby. Close to beautiful Pensacola beaches and only and 10 minutes to the Pensacola Bay Center and very close to downtown Pensacola where you are going to enjoy as it's a different atmosphere. Pensacola is also home to the historical famous Naval Base and Blue Angels! It was a perfect location,close to stores,a shopping center,restaurants. and recreational activities. Clean, comfortable, and wonderful. There’s a large, lush backyard where we lounged and barbecued our dinner. The bedrooms have plenty of space, and the beds are comfy. Just 5 minutes or so from the airport and a quick drive to Pensacola beach. The neighborhood is clean and safe with plenty of parking available. The host was accommodating and quick to answer any questions and requests. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home and Pensacola! ##### Carrie O. It was a perfect location for shopping and visiting. I rated 4 stars instead of 5 because we couldn’t access the washer and dryer even though they were listed as amenities. Also, the top comforters on each bed had questionable stains on them; they did not look cleaned.
