The rug was dingy and dirty. There was black something (mold?) in the corners of the shower. Walls were dirty. The provided cookware was disgusting and falling apart. We didn't use the jacuzzi because it just didn't look that clean, and I wasn't there to do a deep clean their bathroom. THERE WAS NOT ENOUGH PARKING. Sure parking across the street, but for what we paid, we should not have to cross a busy highway every time we came back to the condo. The ONLY thing good about this place was the deck and view. When we arrived we were not told that we would need a code to enter the building for the first time. Once you get inside the condo, you have bracelets to access all doors and gates, so not a real big deal. We also were not given the code to the overflow parking lot which is the only place to park if you arrive after 9:00 PM. When we called the owner they answered right away, they gave us the code for the parking lot, but gave us the wrong one for the front door. Luckily their is enough foot traffic at Palacio that we were still able to get in and up to our rental. I would definitely stay here again. ##### Brent H. Across the street from restaurants and shopping. The pool and beach areas are spot on. The reason for only a 3 star review is the furnishings of the unit we occupied. This was our third time vacationing at Palacio and highly recommend the facility just cannot recommend the unit we stayed in. ##### Todd G.
