It is the perfect home away from home for a family or group of 8 people whom love the Beach and like to stay somewhere clean, fun, and relaxing. This professionally decorated two bedroom and two bathroom unit has great sweeping views of the beach and the gulf and has upscale/comfortable furnishings and art work. The Master bedroom features a king bed with adjoining private bath - your guest room offers one full size bed and one queen size bed with adjoining bath and also a brand new queen sofa sleeper in family area. In the Kitchen, all the major stainless steel appliances have been updated along with fresh white beachy cabinetry. The counter tops are a pretty granite with a stunning stone back splash. Under counter lighting creates an ambiance of warmth and comfort. This unit will become your families favorite Beach destination for many years to come!!! So, we ask you come join us at the Beach and make some unforgettable memories!!! Phoenix X is located in Orange Beach on the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico and is very convenient to the Flora-Bama, fabulous restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, theaters, and the Alabama Gulf State Park which features several fun activities for the whole group from zip lines to great fishing off of the HUGE Gulf State Park Pier! There are plenty of water-sports to enjoy close-by such as jet-skis, parasailing, deep sea fishing, and scuba diving just to name a few. Our unit was on the twelth floor and the elevators were plentiful and speedy. There were carts and dolly's available for transport for our gear. The accomodations were as advertised. The beach access was great for our group and the cost for the beach gear (chairs and umbrella) was acceptable as well. Proximity to restaurants and stores was good. Flora-Bama is next door as well as Waffle House. We hung out at the beach most of the days we were there. Picture in extra room is on the wall of the extra room was in the way. The process of renting was great! The condo was out dated!! The dishwasher is installed wrong.
