The living room features a queen sleeper sofa, recliner and 3 comfortable swivel club chairs. There is also a large flat screen TV. The sliding glass doors in the living room open to your covered balcony, where you can sit and enjoy the splendor of the Gulf of Mexico right from your private beachfront balcony. Listen to the waves crash gently against the shore while you sip your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. The views are truly spectacular! This rental includes access to Free Fun with Xplorie! Being on the penthouse gave us great views and a nice cool breeze on the deck. We were there the week of the hurricane, and Dan was extremely conscientious about keeping us informed of the situation. We've stayed in many condos in both Gulf Shores and the Perdido Key/Orange Beach area over the past 25 years. This condo is by far our favorite. There is nothing like waking up overlooking the Gulf in the morning. The condo was immaculate upon arrival and the check-in process was as easy as pie. The complex has really easy beach access and is convenient to local supermarkets and restaurants. The host was very friendly and helpful. Don't hesitate if you can get this place in Perdido Key.
