Ascend the stairs to the main living area where you'll find a light and airy living room featuring a fireplace and beautiful natural light. On this level of the home, there is a full bath, state of the art kitchen, large dining area and a sun porch that spans the width of the home. There is also a home gym with exercise equipment, Peloton and sauna. Enjoy endless views and privacy of a mile of State Park preserve and the most stunning of sunsets! The kitchen has ample cabinet and counter space, granite countertops, an island and stainless appliances and a large pantry. The third floor features the Primary Suite with amazing natural light and views, a luxury spa-style Bathroom with walk-in shower, stand alone tub and double vanities, and a huge walk-in closet. Three additional bedrooms are spacious, and two have an open deck to take in the sunsets, and park/gulf views. There are two guest full bathrooms on the third level as well.
