We enjoyed the shuttle service to the beach and the drivers were always very pleasant. The only main issue we had was that the pools were closed for 2 days and there wasn’t very good communication between the Perdido realty office and Lost Key HOA. Huge bummer when you pay for these amenities and can’t use them and the kids were upset they couldn’t swim their last 2 days. We never could speak with anyone from Lost Key HOA or any staff about the pool situation, however, Perdido Realty did offer a discount of 5% for the inconvenience. ##### Shannon P.
