Steps away from the beach, this private gated community includes an 18-hole Audubon Signature Golf Course, complimentary beach shuttle, private luxury beach club, resort style pool, gym, tennis courts and drink service on the beach! Also, enjoy 5 miles of biking or jogging trails throughout the community. Your cozy getaway awaits in at this enchanting townhome. With 3 bedrooms including a king bed, queen bed, and bunk bed, this beautiful property offers a tranquil escape for guests. Enjoy the convenience of 3 bathrooms with amenities like a hair dryer and shower. Relax in the living room with a comfy sofa bed or take advantage of the fitness room. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our townhome.

We had a very nice stay at this property in Perdido Key. The description was accurate and the home provided plenty of space for our family. The garage was roomy, and the gated community felt safe and quiet, which we really appreciated. The laundry room was convenient, and the overall layout made the stay very comfortable.Our children especially enjoyed the open living space on the second floor and the privacy of their bedrooms on the third floor. They even loved going up and down the stairs. Overall, it was a comfortable and easy place for our family to relax.
