The house was great! We enjoyed fishing from the dock, swimming in the pool, playing tennis and pickleball and it was an easy walk to the beautiful uncrowded beach! Just a very short walk across the street to the beach. We loved having volleyball, kayaks, paddleboard, fishing, the swimming pool all right there so we didn’t have to leave very much. With the pool, hot tub, volleyball court, paddle boards, kayaks, and all the extras, there is plenty to do. The location to the beach and tennis/pickle ball courts is a plus. They didnt forget anything, from having kayaks, paddleboards, a sand volleyball court and a beautiful pool. And lets not forget the commerical ice machine, not having to go get ice is big for us!!! The inside of the property is beautiful, and everything you need is right there. The beds are very comfortable as well. Plenty of room for everyone. I am a very clean freak, and the house was not as spotless and I am used to, but I understand the sand and salt are hard to keep up with. I used to own and short-term rental and I always personally made sure the house was spotless after the cleaning crew and was left the way I would like to find it, if I were the next guest. The house had everything we needed to have a relaxing and fun filled time. Our group of nine ranged from age 63 down to 10 months and there was something for everyone. What few questions we had were responded to immediately from Lynsey and she took care of all our needs. The best part was the private pool and the private beach volleyball court. We ate breakfast and lunch in the house every day and some dinners, and the house had everything we needed and more. It was absolutely perfect for our first ever big family reunion! The jellyfish stings and black fly bites at the beach weren’t part of the package so we spent a lot of time in the pool! (I had never been to the gulf during prime time for those before.) the pool was excellent — crystal clear and well-maintained. Both the manager and owner were easy to reach before and during the trip, and were an extra pleasure to work with due to our unique circumstances. We loved everything about it. We started our days with morning pickleball and tennis at the courts that are in great shape. We spent lots of time kayaking and paddle boarding in the canal and bay; water access was awesome. The walk to the beach is short and the house has two beach wagons to haul coolers and games. The beach feels private with its location next to the state park, no high rises within a mile each way! Pool, hot tub and volleyball court make the house an easy place for the whole gang to hangout. House has toys for pool, courts, water, and beach. The kitchen is overstocked with everything you could possibly need. The management company was by far the best I’ve ever worked with thru a vrbo house. They were quick to respond and super helpful. I’d recommend this place to all my friends! ##### Sarah F.
