Ice maker did not work had to buy ice. Multiple lights needed bulbs replaced. The closet door to the washer dryer was off track. Carpet was dingy. The outside furniture was in a horrible state. We were afraid to cook on the gas grill due to the rusty propane tank. Door handle on back door coming off. Outside railing on deck steps was off and laying on deck. Cabinet areas and silverware drawer dirty. Not worth the price we paid. No instructions where to leave key when checking out . Good vacasa communication. Good kitchen with ample pots and pans and knives. Good beds. Worn sofas but pretty comfy. Good tv downstairs (didn’t use upstairs). Blind cords don’t work on most windows. Outdoor furniture in a sad state. Rusted outdoor table totally unable to use. Would be nice to have a gate on the porch stairs like the other units do. For Vacasa: It was sad to not have a single coffee filter ( or an initial keurig supply). Also sad to not have salt & pepper. We bought some S & P and gifted it to the unit. Some light bulbs need replacing. Most places I stayed at provide us coffee, sugar and creamer. However, this place is very convenient. Walking distance to the beach and near restaurants/bar. ##### Eric D. When we arrived the front door was already unlocked. There was only one tv that worked and the other one in one of the rooms never showed a picture. When I contacted the office to let them know, they had a maintenance person to reach out to me about the issue and they never showed up. I could tell during the conversation they they didn't want to be bothered with the problem either. I spoke to me neighbor and she was havingvthe same issues.
