Upon entering you will notice the porcelain white washed "wood grain" floors throughout this beach front oasis. With room to comfortably sleep 6 this unit features a master suit with a king bed, guest bedroom with a twin over a double bunk bed and additional single double bed. The queen size sleeper sofa in the living room adds even more sleeping arrangement options. The fully stocked kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and shaker style cabinets. New dining room set seats 8 with additional seating for four at the breakfast bar make this condo perfect to gather for a meal. The Kitchen offers a great view of Old River which is home to Eden's private boat dock for those who want to enjoy some boating or fishing. The unit is equipped with a full size washer and dryer. In addition to the king sized bed the Master Bedroom features private access to the balcony and a in suite bathroom with a stacked stone walk-in shower and double vanity with granite countertop and large mirror. The guest bedroom features a bunk bed with a full bed at the bottom along with a separate full bed ï¿½ perfect for couples or children. This bedroom has private access to the second bathroom. This bathroom features a beautiful wrap around natural mosaic tile wall above the deep soaking bathtub with shower. The living room also features its own wet bar including a wine cooler. Whether it is time for coffee or cocktails the unit has the most breathtaking views of the amazing beach and the indescribable landscaping at the Gardens of Eden. On the large balcony complete with two lounge chairs and separate table and chairs you will be able to spend plenty of time relaxing to the sound of the surf. There is no better place to soak up the sun, enjoy a good book or be amazed by the dolphins playing in the mornings. This property has Cox Cable and free WiFi. All units at Eden are smoke free.

Hurricane Holiday

I love Eden Condominiums — used to own a unit there. That’s why my friends and I chose it for our 4-day stay. The first two days were great; then Hurricane Sally decided to change direction and hit this area. The building is “a fortress” and withstood the storm well, but it was definitely scary. Perdido Key fared much better than Gulf Shores, Orange Beach and Pensacola. My only disappointment was that all condo personnel left the premises the afternoon before the storm hit. No storm safety protocol nor information given to guests that remained. A security guard arrived at some point, and he was as helpful as possible. All in all, however, Eden has the best location and amenities in this vicinity!
