You can walk out the front door, walk 50 or so feet around the building and the walkway onto the beach is right there! There is a beach umbrella and lounge chair rental company on the beach in front of the condo if you want. Only downside to the condo -- especially if you like to sleep in -- is that the condo is located right by the elevator. The smaller secondary bedroom has a window facing the parking lot. Even with the window closed, the outside noise of people coming and going and the dinging of the elevator is very noticeable, especially on the weekends. There was so much room for us to hang out in the living room and on the porch while listening to the ocean. Being able to walk right on to the beach was a huge plus!
