Close to NAS Pensacola and even closer to downtown Pensacola which has several places to eat and enjoy! House was clean and it was easy to communicate when we needed something. House was as advertised, close to where we wanted to be in Pensacola. Beds were comfortable, plenty of storage for our suitcases and clothing, and space felt open and airy for such a little house . Communication with owner was great, quick to respond with our requests and we were satisfied with his help. Reason for the 1 star on cleanliness was the oven still had pieces of food in it, and in the bathroom we found an old contact on the floor.(ie not cleaned well) Rest of house was clean and neat, so not really a bother, just surprised. Could use a light above the door to see the lock but liked the outside motion detector lights. Overall I would recommend this bungalow and would stay there again. ##### Barbara B.
