The "Peaceful Easy Feeling" is a luxury villa in Perdido Key's ever popular Lost Key Golf & Beach Club Resort. 4 bedrooms and 4 baths of upscale furnishings create a distinctive vacation home that offers the perfect family-friendly vacation destination. The Lost Key Beach Club is a unique amenity for the exclusive use of guests and owners at Lost Key. VIP access to the gulf-front bar and grille for burgers, fish tacos, frozen cocktails and other refreshing beverages, bathing and restroom facilities, a cocktail pool and pool deck, a gorgeous view of the white sand beach and of course - Perdido Key's famous gem colored water. This is a gated community manned by a privacy officer, for peace of mind and a sense of security that helps guests completely relax and reset. There is a resort shuttle to pick you up and take you to the Beach Club if you do not wish to walk the short distance directly across Perdido Key Drive. There is also beach service available during peak season that provides a beach chair service. The bar and grille provides runners for cocktail service and food delivery behind the Beach Club. The Peaceful Easy Feeling is truly a lifestyle vacation experience that is very popular with families, as well as every type of guest PKRM hosts.

The open floor plan flows out to a private screened balcony that overlooks a greenspace surrounding the nature-filled Audubon Property that is Lost Key Golf Course. Watch for deer, other wildlife and a plethora of beautiful coastal birds that live here or travel through. You may even see a Blue Angel flying overhead on a practice day! Spread out over 2,200 square feet of living area, this pristine, two-story vacation rental was designed with attractive coastal architecture that adds to the upscale appeal of the community and the villa. Start your days with breakfasts prepared in the well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a large, quartz breakfast bar. This villa offers 4 spacious bedrooms with 4 full sized bathrooms. The primary bedroom is en suite with a plush king-size bed and a coffee nook. The primary en suite bathroom offers a large separate shower. Guests will also enjoy 2 guest additional rooms, both with queen size beds. 1 guest room has a private en suite full bath and the other is served with the hall bath. The 4th bedroom is a kid friendly bunk room with a twin sized bed over a full-sized bed. This bedroom also has a private en suite full bath. For guest convenience, the Host has provided a highchair, a pack 'n play and two baby gates for the 2 sets of stairs. The Host also conveniently offers the use of an EV charger in the garage. Great news for a Tesla driver! Guests appreciate all the extras, including the cornhole game, beach cart, washer and dryer and grill. Call a PKRM Vacation Planner to inquire about the use of a 6 passenger, street legal golf cart for $450/reservation + fully refundable security deposit of $500. This is billed separately. The cart can be used to drive inside the resort community on private streets, to play golf, and to drive on River Road to nearby restaurants. The golf cart is only allowed on streets with a speed limit of 35 mph. You'll also be less than two miles from Perdido Key State Park and Johnson Beach National Seashore.
