Simply enter your desired dates and click 'Book Now!' A626 has some new upgrades, living room furniture, smart TV, and the unit had been freshly painted winter of 2017\. This condo has partial views of the Gulf of Mexico. Offering an open floor plan that leads to a private balcony that overlooks a state of the art zero entry pool, 2nd pool and the splash area much more! The living area has a new smart TV, queen sofa bed and loveseat. Like to cook while listening to the sounds of the ocean, well our kitchen is fully stocked, stainless steel appliance and granite countertops. There is dining for 6 in the quaint dining room. The primary suite includes a king bed, TV and balcony access. Additional sleeping accommodations located in the bunk area. Needing to do laundry Don't worry this home has a stackable washer/dryer for your convenience. Things to Know Beach service is included from March to October. All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory for access to all Waterscape amenities. Please note: ● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities. ● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access. ● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants count toward max occupancy regardless of age ● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay ● A $25 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are lost or not returned at checkout. ● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands ● Wristbands are not required for beach access We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we implement this new system to enhance security and guest experience at Waterscape. We traveled to waterscape for the first time, and there were 2 adults and a 3 year old. The location of this room gives you a view over looking the pools and the splash pad for kids. You can see the beach in the distance. The walk to the beach is easy and not far at all. Unfortunately, the water was freezing during our stay in the pools. We stayed the week of October 14-19\. The room was very clean upon arrival. The provided toiletries were hotel style so would recommend bringing your own hand soap(small bar soap only provided) and toilet paper(very thin and rough). Also, need to bring your own blankets because none are provided. The room is located close to the parking garage making it easy to bring in luggage. The resort is great for kids and adults!
