We reported a broken screen upon arrival and three more times over our first week. No response or effort to fix. I reported it again before departure and they said they’d report it to the locals and apologized. We still haven’t heard from the local management. It was an unacceptable interaction in our view. We also arrived to find fake fingernails on the porch, incomplete housekeeping including missing pillowcases. Loved the space but management isn’t doing the space justice unfortunately by ignoring requests. On top of that we were contacted several times about wanting to show the space to new buyers so overall we felt pretty unwelcome by the company. We will certainly rent from this property again but not vacasa. ##### Bradley T. But each time we come the check in is different and this time we got in late and went to lost key thinking the key was in a blue box on the outside of the building. Well it was but no at lost key. It was on a build before you get to lost key. The room has beautiful views but make sure you have everything you need as soon as you get there. The room doesn’t come stocked with much at all. No beach chairs, not even Salt or pepper. The master bed is way to high up. I’m 5’9” and I had a hard time getting in it. The master room also had a dripping sound that kept us awake. Need to bring your own sound maker or fan. The ac did it own thing at night never felt like it was set at the temperature we set it at. ##### Kay A. It has so much to offer, from golf to tennis to the beach club and wonderful pools! This condo is a gem on the property. We stayed for three weeks and will be back, if the owners will have us :) This condo is very well appointed, clean and has everything you could possibly want or need. You can tell the owners took an interest in making you feel comfortable. From the kitchen, to the tvs to the beds everything is top notch. The patio furniture could use some updating but it was fine to sit, eat and enjoy sunsets on! ##### William H.
