We called property management the next day (because we arrived at 6pm- "after hours") and they sent someone out who established that the unit was set to heat. The thermostat was replaced and switched to air conditioning. Enough amenities like towels and tissue for 2 people for 4 days. Daily beach umbrella and chairs great bonus. Liked that it was a small condo complex with about 50 units I guess. Not overcrowded. Only complaints we had were the pool was very small and tucked away from everything and the master bedroom had a 4 inch foam topper on the mattress that made the bed so soft it was like sleeping on a marshmallow.
